Prior to real estate, the Sacramento native worked as a project manager for a civil construction company in San Francisco, where he oversaw multiple large-scale projects. His managerial background, coupled with his undergraduate degree in civil engineering, taught Karim critical assessment and analytical skills that make him uniquely talented in his current role.
Karim, his wife, and their two children believe strongly in giving back to their community. They support several local schools and nonprofits, including Fremont Union High Schools Foundation, West Valley Elementary, Cumberland Elementary, Cherry Chase Elementary, West Valley Community Services, Toys for Tots, and San Jose’s Bridge Housing Communities.
